This is a very nice, late Victorian or early 20th century tea strainer. The photos make the bowl look a little discolored, but it isn't. It is a very bright silver just like the rest of the strainer. I could find no marks, but I am certain the piece is sterling silver. It measures 5 and 1/4 long, and the pie crust bowl measures 2 and 1/8 inches across the top. This piece would make a lovely addition to any tea table.
