Here are two volumes of Kipling, bound in soft red leather, and published, in London, in the 20's. These have red tooling on the front and red tooling on the spine,. The tooling on the front has the elephant with the Indian sign, which greatly resembles the emblem Hitler used and was discontinued from use on Kipling's novels after WWII. Each volume measures 7 inches North to South, 4 and 1/4 inches East to West, and is 1/2 of an inch thick. Each volume has a satin bookmarker inside, and each volume is in very good condition. There is one small torn place on the leather in the corner on Life's Handicap. The bindings are tight with all pages present.
