This is one of the most beautiful non gold, non jeweled stone bracelet ever. It is actually looks more like gold than antique gold does. It is in excellent condition with a strong clasp. The bracelet consists of this metal that the English refer to as "pinch," which is short for pinchbeck. It looks like gold and it wears like gold, but it isn't. It seems that just as much work was put into it, as would have been put into a gold bracelet with citrines. The bracelet has 3 yellow paste stones. It is circa 1870, and It is 7 and 1/4 inches long. It is a lovely, wearable piece of history.Note: The blue background I used for the photo shown through the paste stone. The stone is not blue on the inside (that is the background showing through). It is yellow.
