This is such a beautiful ring. It is French, circa 1860, and contains a "feather," of beautiful blonde hair secured on a glass background. The scribe on the ring is "WFT." The ring is unmarked, but tested, 14 K gold. The gold work on the shank of this ring is so beautiful. I believe this ring to be circa 1860. It is a size 8 and 1/4, and it weighs 4.15 grams. The top of the ring measures 3/4 of an inch North to South, and 5/8 of an inch East to West. I believe it to be a sentimental token, rather than a mourning piece. This one spells class all the way.
