I love these old silver covered books, and this one is larger than a lot of the ones I get. It measures 4 and 5/8 of an inch North to South, and 3 inches East to West. The book is bound in red leather, but the top is covered in silver (sterling) with the Reynolds angels embossed. The book is in very good shape for it's age. It does seem to be missing the frontispiece, but all pages are still tightly bound. The book is fully hallmarked, and the marks declare that this silver cover is English silver, minted in Birmingham, in the year 1907, by the maker CPB. This one is very nice. Note: Please forgive the glare and images from the silver acting as a mirror. I tried several ways to photograph this, and silver just reflects. The silver is smooth, except for the angels and the hallmarks.
