We are selling this small Austrian bronze figure of a boy. This figure features a young African Child holding a comically oversized water jug when compared to his small frame. The bronze is done in the manner typical of Austria and often attributed to Bergmann who did many Orientalists and African scenes in cold painted bronzes. This figure was probably part of a larger group.

Condition: Damage on lower leg where the bronze was probably attached to a larger grouping. The figure does not stand on it's own.
