This is a unique Orange Bowl by Heisey in the Colonial Clear pattern.
Sometimes referred to as Peerless and part of Line 300 with the scalloped rim. This specific 9-1/4" bowl is seldom seen and rarely offered for sale. It was introduced in the 1899 Catalog and produced on a limited basis through the first 2 decades of the 20th century.
The Heisey Diamond H mark appears on the inside at center and can be seen in the pictures provided. Designed by Arthur J. Sanford.
Overall the condition is excellent with only a few scratches noted. A central highlight of this pattern is it's sawtooth rim. The rim on this bowl is flawless and is seldom offered in this condition.
Measurements: 9-1/4 inches at the widest and 3-5/8 inches tall. This is a heavy item with a shipping weight of over 3 pounds.
A unique opportunity for the serious collector.
