This is an old print titled "Cottages Near Plymouth". A landscape of trees, a thatch roofed cottage, garden, and a lady with child. The wood framed and glassed print measures 17" x 14". The actual colored print measures 12" x 8 1/2". The name of the print is "Cottages near Plymouth". The printed signature on the right side is G. Day Fecit. There is also a pencil signature at lower right which I cannot make out. Under the title is written London Published Jan, 8, 1810 by J. Murphy, 19 Howland St. Fitzroy Square, at G. Testoline"s 73, Cornhill. The mat is old with spots of discoloration. The print itself is fairly clean. The back has a paper manufacturer label from Chas.H. West, London- Established 1887. There is a wire cord attached for hanging.
