The ready to be framed 9" x 12" is of Audubon's Painted Bunting Bird Print. Published by MacMillan Co. during the early 1950's. The print shows the name of the bird on the center front and a detailed description about the species on the back. The commentary is by Roger Tory Peterson. Peterson was an American naturalist, ornithologist, artist, and educator. In 1934 he published the well known field guide "The Guide to Birds".
Condition is very good. Some yellowing with age, but no stains or tears.
The print illustrates five colorful Bunting birds on a plum branch.
