The pattern name of this pretty transferware blue and white Sauce or Gravy Boat is "Torbrex". A dark blue border is printed around the rim. Under the border is another line resembling the Greek key design. Groups of little flowers decorate the upper body. Next, another band of blue with a gold gilt line in the center. There is a garland of leaves draped over the handle. The printed mark is a crown symbol with a banner. The manufacturer is Wood and
sons, English Staffordshire Potteries, circa 1907. The condition is very good with no chips or cracks. Measurements are 4" tall and 8' long( end of handle to end of spout) . I have listed separately a small platter number 866#6966 that would make a good underplate for this item.
