This Celia Gibsons pitcher measures 6 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" wide ( spout to end of handle). What makes this pitcher attractive is the 2" decorative detailed band titled "Dickens Days". It displays a stagecoach full of people led by six horses. Also, a picturesque English Inn with trees, blue skies. and clouds. The colorful band is outlined in gold trim as well as the opening and handle. The gold trim is worn in places. The pitcher is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. From another similar item, I was able to date this pitcher from the 1920's. See this matching item, a biscuit barrel under 776#6911.
