These pretty brass and mother of pearl candlesticks measure 8 1/4" tall. The brass base is 3 1/2" diameter. Each is adorned with four sections of glowing mother of pearl in a mosaic pattern. The mother of pearl shines more than the pictures show. They have a nice iridescent glow. The brass is beaded in four places adding texture and beauty. A green velvet case is provided for storage.
I have been told these may have been made in India in the early 1900's. Condition is vintage good. One of the brass bases has a slight rim dent. It is not very noticeable unless you are looking for it.
The Candlesticks would add a touch of elegance on a table or anywhere you decide to display them.
