Here are two nice 8 1/2" Green Depression Plates. On a textured band several bunches of grapes is the design. From Kovel's book "Depression Glass and American Dinnerware" fifth addition p. 80, I found the pattern name is "Woolworth" made by Westmoreland Glass Co., Grapeville, Penn. in the early 1930's. The design is sometimes called "Oregon Grape". Over the years, I have bought and sold lots of depression glass but this is the first time I've ever had this particular pattern. It is very pretty.
The condition is very good with no chips or cracks. There are minor surface usage scratches. The price is for both.
