How precious is this vintage 1940's-50's Wicker Basket made to hold things for a baby. Painted aqua blue I'm sure it was used for a boy. Right in the bottom center is hand painted a cute baby head with a white cap. The cap has flowing blue ribbons. There are also some hand painted flowers. The basket measures 15" x 11". The wicker work is all intact. The paint is peeling all over the basket, but just adds to the vintage look. Really in good condition.
This basket would make a wonderful decorating item sitting on a shelf in a nursery.
