This is a wonderful Victorian 9 3/4" x 6 1/4" "Pike's Peak and Vicinity" fold out picture album in good condition for its age. There are twelve pages of printed pictures covering Pikes Pike, Garden of the Gods, Rainbow Falls, Manitou, Colorado Springs, and lots more. Over 40 printed pictures from the 1800's. The pictures have titles describing the scene. All are sepia color views printed on heavy paper. No tears or bad staining.

The brown cover has a beautiful Victorian design done in black and probably what was gold. The gold color shows fading and "Pikes Peak & Vicinity" title is a bit hard to read. I find no date, but the book was published by H.H. Tammen, Denver, Colorado. This was probably a souvenir book from a vacation long ago.
