This is a 12" tall late 1800's White Staffordshire Dog in great condition with no chips or cracks. It does have overall crazing typical of dogs this age. The Dog measure 12" tall , 10 1/2" wide, with a 8 3/4" base. There is a vent hole in the base and back of the head. The Dog has small glass eyes and a black nose with a red line mouth. There is some gilt, but most of the gilt has worn off over the years. This Dog would make a nice accent to any bookcase. I seldom get a Staffordshire Dog without cracks or chips. This one is clean, except of the normal crazing.
