This is a lovely vintage Victorian White Celluloid Tie Box. The Box measures 13 3/4" long by 4 1/2" wide. The embossing work is outstanding on this Box. The word "Neckties" is embossed across the lid with a very elaborate "N". The clasp and hinges are original to the Box and in good working order. Overall condition is very good for the age of the Box. A few small chips and on crack under the letter "k"'

The interior is faded red silk in fair condition. The Box is probably from the early 1900's. A nice vintage piece of celluloid to add to any collection. Use it to hold keepsakes or jewelry.
