This is a unique blue and white 10" flow blue transferware Souvenir Plate of St. Louis, Mo. It has a scalloped rim with a line of cobalt blue. The boarder has a cross design and floral bouquets. The center scene is a printed picture of the Eads Bridge with the words "Souvenir of Eads Bridge St. Louis, Mo. The printed mark on the back is a buffalo symbol and the words Semi Vitreous, the Palace, St.Louis , Mo. The plate comes with the old attached hanger. Yes, it has quite a bit of staining, but no chips or cracks. I'm not sure of the age, but estimate 1930"s. It is an interesting item of St. Louis history.
