This huge round platter is in the ever popular Desert Rose pattern by Gladding, McBean & Company's Franciscan line. This dinnerware pattern is embossed, and hand painted underglaze, and safe for use in a microwave.

The circle backstamp is the one used from 1939-49. This piece is in excellent condition with only some light usage marks only visible under bright light and close inspection. The platter measures 14" in diameter. It weighs almost four pounds without packaging, and will require a large box, so standard ground shipping will be offered.
