This pretty little flower is the Iris II Treasure Jest box figurine produced by Harmony Kingdom for their Lord Byron's Harmony Garden line, Chapter V. The original master from which molds were made was carved in 2000 by Sherman Drackett of the Martin Perry Sturdios, and hand colored in China. It was issued for sale on 12/15/2000, and retired on 12/15/2005. The edition size was 5040. The box figurine measures 1.75 x 1.5 x 2.25 inches, and has a model number of HG5IR.
This is edition 1 of the second Iris box figurine produced, thus named Iris II. It is in excellent condition and comes in its original box packed in Styrofoam with the Harmony Kingdom pamphlet and place card. The interior carving shows Lord Byron stopping by the Iris monument to have a picnic complete with enormous chocolate cupcakes. Hallmarks include the ©, a double diamond, the HBC logo (treble clef), an edition number which is a 1 for this piece, and M for Martin Perry Studios.
Iris II is noted in "The Harmony Kingdom Reference Guide" by Leanna Barron on page 127.
