Antipasto is a delightful small Treasure Jest box figurine featuring a family of three anteaters. The inner carving has a recipe book for cooking ants with several ants running around. Mom anteater is holding a hollow log and trying to gather ants while the baby is trying to catch one of the emerging ants with its long tongue. The ants are fighting back with hand grenades and a mousetrap which has caught mom's nose. Dad's long tongue is trying to reach the ants with the hand grenade.
The box figurine was carved by Peter Calvesbert in 1997 for Harmony Kingdom of England. It was issued for sale on 1/1/1998, and retired on 4/1/1999. The model identification is TJAE. It was produced in an edition size of 13369. The figurine measures 1.65 x 2.56 x 2.52 inches. Antipasto comes in its original box with a Harmony Kingdom pamphlet. The presentation box has an old price sticker and model sticker on one side. Both the box figurine and the presentation box are in excellent condition.
Antipasto can be found in The Harmony Kingdom Reference Guide by Leanna Barron on p. 39.
