Harmony Kingdom produced this Double Red Rose box figurine from the Lord Byron's Harmony Garden collection in 1997. It was released on 1/1/1998. The box figurine was carved by Martin Perry Studios, then replicated in crushed marble resin and hand painted in China. The collection follows a story line of Lord Byron, a ladybug, who travels through gardens looking for love. Each flower and plant in the garden have delightfully detailed inner carvings of Lord Byron in different places or activities. In this piece, Lord Byron is at a crossroads and is trying to decide which way to go.
This Double Red Rose is hand signed with MRP and the number 0423 of an edition of 5000. It comes in its original box. The box has a paper label on the backside indicating HGLEDRR Double Red Rose Made in China. The box figurine measures 3.43 x 2.56 x 2.09 inches. It is in excellent condition.
