This pretty vintage silverplate card case is marked Presto on the arm inside. It has a sweet enameled rose design on the top. The rest of the case is designed with vertical lines and geometric patterns, with a floral border edging.

The back has about a dozen tiny dark spots of discoloration. There appears to be some polish residue in the inside top left corners. The front cover has a couple of slight dark spots also. There may have been a mirror at one time or perhaps a sales sticker on the inside of the lid as there appears to be some residue there. These areas may polish out, but I am not sure. I will leave it to the buyer to clean. Measures just over 1.75" by 2.75".
