The Franklin Mint issued a series of cat figurines for the Curio Cabinet Cats Collection in 1986-1988. Each cat reflected various art forms popular through the ages and was produced from a different material, in different countries. This charming bronze cat is done in the style of bronze figurines made during the Han Dynasty of China in the 2nd century.
This particular piece is incised with the Franklin Mint logo 88 FM, which dates it to 1988. The cat measures about 2" long and 2.5" high. It is in excellent condition. No paperwork
