This neat cow creamer is marked Occupied Japan and has a circle mark with a T inside. I have not been able to identify the maker. The quality piece is made of fine china or porcelain with a high gloss glaze. Occupied Japan marks were used from 1945 to 1952 or so, when the country was occupied by the US following World War II. The creamer has one small chip on the bottom of the base which is an obvious manufacturing flaw as glaze covers most of it. There is also one tiny dark spot on the cow's left side which is also under the glaze. The creamer stands 4.25" tall and is 3" wide. A beautiful piece for the cow collector, creamer collector or Occupied Japan collector.
