This popular Pfaltzgraff pattern is called Yorktowne, sometimes spelled Yorktown. It features a blue floral pattern on a gray background reminiscent of old salt glazed patterns. The pattern was introduced in 1967 and is still being produced today.
This particular piece, a 2 quart casserole, is not listed in current pieces. The casserole is in excellent condition with no damage. It is a heavy piece, weighing over four pounds. It measures about 9" in diameter, and is 3.75" deep without the lid. The floral design is on the front and back. There are two finger grip handles on each side. It is safe for oven and microwave.
