In 1986-1988, the Franklin Mint issued a series of cat figurines for the Curio Cabinet Cats Collection. Each cat was produced from a different material, in different countries, and reflected various art forms popular through the ages. This pewter cat is made in the style of pewter animal produced during colonial times. This piece is incised on the underside of one leg 1986 TFM for The Franklin Mint. The cat measures about 2.5" wide and about 2.75" high. It is in excellent condition. No paperwork.
