A large pendant designed by Andre Vassort.
Beautiful and large French piece created at the Vassort atelier in Paris, circa 1970. This pendant was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and is suited with a movable jeweled hoop with a hinged closure to wear into a chain or a necklace.
The gold parts are holding, with four screws one oversized fluted round element carved from natural rock quartz.
Is embellished, with 25 exceptional gradated round brilliants cuts diamonds, 2.75 Carats, E/F color, VS-1 clarity.
Have a total weight of 46.2 Grams and a measures of 52 mm by 62 mm by 13 mm (2.04 x 2.45 x 0.51 Inches).
Stamped with beautiful French hallmarks, two times with the national head of Minerva for the assay and guaranty of the exportation of 18 kt gold and two times with the maker's maitre cartouche AV associated to Andre Vassort

Note-1: This exact model was produced by Vassort for the house of Boucheron, we dare to attribute this piece with certainty to Boucheron.
Note-2: The Mo. Andre Vassort atelier, was located in Paris 2, 34 rue Sainte Anne. He collaborate very closely with VCA between the 1950’s and 1980’s, the workshop operations was ceased in the 1990's.
Note-3: The maker’s cartouche AV, is associated to the 1960's mark for the atelier of the master jeweler, maitre Andre Vassort.
