Linda Heberling has always been an artist at heart and has always been encouraged to create. She is a contemporary artist living and painting in Pennsylvania, USA. Trained at Moravian College/University, she was awarded the Memorial Prize in Studio Art upon graduation. Working in oil, acrylic, pastel, colored pencil, and pencil, she creates landscapes, still lifes, portraits and abstract art. In previous years, she was a member of the Colored Pencil Society of America and a juried member of the Maryland Pastel Society. Images of her work have been included in The Best of Colored Pencil 2 (1994). She has participated in many juried group exhibitions and featured in solo exhibitions in the U.S. Her work is in numerous private and corporate collections. Her paintings of Bethlehem Steel Company are slated to become part of the City of Bethlehem's public collection in the future at the bequest of a current private collector.
