This very rare heart locket is early 19th century. It is 18 karat gold and has glistening faceted, small rubies enclosed to create a "shake locket." This early locket is rarely found, especially in this condition.
It measures 1 5/8ths inches long x 1 1/2 inches across the top of the heart.
It is unmarked and has been tested to be 18 karat gold.
The chain is not included, but we have several styles in inventory. Just contact us.
Circa 1900, French origin.
