Return requests will be accepted within 3 days after you receive the item with the exception of engagement rings. Engagement ring returns will be accepted within 30 days. All returned items must be returned exactly as shipped with no modifications. Refunds will be released after receipt and inspection of returned items. Modified items will not be refunded, no exceptions.
