European - believed to be from The Netherlands the block measures 17.5cm x 6.5cm weighing approximately 1.2kg.

In overall very good vintage condition. The weights have not been cleaned so they are in their original state. They all fit perfectly in the wooden box. The box shows some markings and is solid.
