Vintage 1980s ombre, sequin and satin cocktail dress. I think this dress is a happy accident. I believe that this was originally a solid blue dress. If you look at the lining picture, you can see the discoloration pattern. On the outer dress it simply gives an ombre effect that looks completely intentional. Beautiful sequined bodice with a conservative front scoop neck with a plunging V in the back. The almost cap sleeves have the classic 80s shoulder pads. Belted waist with a full, gathered mini skirt of satin.

Condition:
As stated above, I believe this dress was originally all blue and somehow became discolored, possibly sun fade. Otherwise there are no rips, stains, or tears on the this dress. Clean and ready to wear.
