This oak bookcase has four stacking sections with copper flashed metal bands on the sides. The lift up doors slide back into the case. The top and base can be removed from the other sections to make it easier to move. It has been restored so the finish is in great shape both inside and out. There are no identifying paper labels but since it is banded, it is most likely either a Macey or Globe-Wernicke.

The top section will hold books up to 8 inches tall; the middle section will hold books up to 10 inches tall. The two lower sections will allow books up to 12 inches. These sections have locks in the doors; however we do not have the key. A locksmith may be able to make one for you if it is needed.

The overall height is 61 ½ inches, width is 34 inches and depth is 12 inches at the base. The inside depth is 10 inches and inside width is 32 inches.
