This hard to find early McCoy pottery yelloware bowl has windmills and a rolling countryside with houses and billowing clouds. The blue glaze is still nice and shiny. The interior is free from wear and utensil scratches. However, there are marks from where the bowl sat on a tripod when it was fired in the kiln. There are 3 on the inside bottom and 3 on the outside bottom. There are no chips or cracks. There are several glaze pops and a couple of small areas where the glaze did not flow all the way, which is not uncommon.
The bowl measures 8 inches wide across the top and 5 ½ inches across the bottom. It is 3 ¼ inches tall.
