The National Refining Company of Cleveland, OH manufactured En-Ar-Co motor oil and also White Rose gasoline. In the 1930’s they had these small booklets printed to give away to customers. This one is the “garden number” published in May 1930. There is a red watering can on the front sprinkling the smiling anthropomorphic plants below. Inside are more garden related tidbits along with illustrations and silly humor.
The booklet is 6 1/4 inches tall and 3 ¼ inches wide. It has 16 pages and is still in excellent condition. No tears or damage.
