This 1920’s vintage powder jar has a nude woman for the handle on the lid. On the bottom it is marked Ramses Paris New York. The pale pink satin glass has a frosted appearance that enhances the flowing lines of the woman’s gown that cascade down over the lid and the sides of the jar. There are also nudes on the 4 side panels of the jar.
The condition is still good and this piece displays well. There are several tiny flea bites on the edge of both the lid and jar. Also, 2 short tight hairlines at the top edge of the jar. See the last 2 photos for a close-up view. The overall height is 4 ¼ inches and the width is 3 ¾ inches.
