This handsome and sturdy antique oak pedestal made around the turn of the century is larger than most. The column is nicely turned and fluted. It has a wide base for support and the round top is large enough for a lamp to sit on. The quartersawn top is 16 inches in diameter with a flat surface that measures 15 inches wide.The base is 22 inches wide measuring from the edge of the paw feet. The pedestal is 37 inches tall and weighs almost 26 pounds.
The pedestal has been restored and is in very good condition. It can be taken apart into 3 sections for shipping.
