Primitive antique brass pail or bucket with hand forged iron handle and copper riveted handle eyelets. As you would expect after many years of use, there are signs of wear, especially on the bottom. There are no holes and the pail does hold water and sits nicely without wobbling. It is 8 3/4 inches tall to the top of the rolled lip and 13 3/4 inches wide, not including the handle. The only markings are the number 13 stamped into both handle eyelets.
