Chubby little all bisque boy is unmarked, but likely German made. There is a hole on top to fill with water – I read these had some kind of stopper that when squeezed, the water came out of the other strategically placed holes. I haven’t seen one with a stopper of any sort. No chips or breaks, just a bit of stubborn surface soil.
