Your return must be mailed within 7 business days of the date you have contacted us regarding the return of the item, using the same shipping method, which includes insurance. DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING: Items will be shipped via the U.S. postal service within 2 business days of acceptance of payment. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items will be be shipped via USPS within 2 business days of acceptance of payment. Insurance is only available on USPS Priority International. Insurance is not available on USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
