A gorgeous Victorian Era satin glass rose bowl which shades from a medium blue at the top to pale blue at the base and white interior. Made by one of the early American glass houses, probably Mt. Washington, circa 1890. The rose bowl is unusual and unique in several aspects of design from the deep pleated sides creating tight loops around the top and the darker streak showing in several of the photos which is referred to as a color streak which happened when it was created. The bowl measures 5" in height and 5 1/2" across. There are no cracks, chips or repairs. Great addition to your rose bowl or satin glass collection. Also have another smaller size rose bowl like this in my store.
