A gorgeous Victorian Era satin glass rose bowl which shades from a bright yellow at the top to pale yellow at the base and white interior. Made by one of the early American glass houses, probably Mt. Washington, circa 1890. The enameled floral decoration depicting delicate yellow blossoms and leaf covered stems surrounding the bowl was executed in the factory studio. The bowl has a ruffled top consisting of eight ruffles and measures 5" in height and 5 1/2" across. There are no cracks, chips or repairs or blemishes. Great addition to your rose bowl or satin glass collection.
