Franz Detleff Goebel and his son William founded the F & W Goebel Company in 1871, located in Rodental, Germany. This lovely porcelain figurine is a Robin, decorated in true brown and orange/red tones and perched on a branch with large pastel green leaf. The figurine has a bisque finish with makes it very life-like in appearance. The figurine measures 3" in height. Marked with the original name label, stamped with the TMK-5 mark, circa 1972-1979, "Goebel - W. Germany" and impressed 1962. There are no cracks, chips or repairs.
