This lovely charger plate, circa 1960's, was factory transfer decorated. It features a large cluster of multi-colored rose blossom in gorgeous shades of deep red, pink, yellow and white nestled among shaded green and blue/gray foliage and against a background of bluish white with hints of pastel blue. The border is decorated with gold. The charger plate measures 13 1/2" across and is artist signed "Cheval" on the front. It is stamped in green with the company logo and "Hertel Jacob Porzellan - Bavaria - Germany" stamp, circa 1967-1969. There are no cracks, chips or repairs; near mint and beautiful.
