The History of the Illinois River Valley Volume III, 1932 First Issue - image 1 of 9

History of the Illinois River Valley, Volume 3, from a set of three is a biographical history of the area and people along the Illinois River Valley. Written by John Leonard Conger with William E Hull, Associate Editor. Published in Chicago by the S J Clark Publishing Co. in 1932, the book contains photographs, maps, engravings, individual biographies and history of the area, fully indexed. Hard cover, gilt stamping, marbled page edges and 630 pages compile this volume.

This original 1932 issue is in good condition with age related cover wear due to age and the presence of some moisture while packed away and minor wear on some pages edges. The binding is solid with no missing pages to my knowledge. A great piece of Illinois history to start or complete the set of three volumes.
