In 1847, Tiffany & Co. introduced its first sterling silver flatware pattern. Since then exclusive designs have come to span the history of decorative art, ranging from richly detailed classical motifs to elegant contemporary geometrics. Tiffany flatware is heavier than ordinary sterling and the design is on both the front and back. Every piece of Tiffany silver is hand-finished, assuring the warm glow and subtle detailing for Tiffany sterling is known.
