Stephen Dweck, American Jewelry Designer, received his formal training at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. He refers to his jewelry style as "Artistic Fashion Jewelry" with his inspiration drawn from the wealth of materials found in nature. He launched his first line in May of 1981 for Bergdorf Goodman, later adding Saks 5th Avenue, Neiman Marcus and foreign venues to his list of outlets.
This lovely pair of delicate sterling silver earrings, circa 1990's, is a departure from his usual 'runway' or dramatic 'statement' designs. A simple, yet stunning, ring or wreath shape embossed with a delicate diamond design surrounding a single floral blossom and leaves. The earring measure only 3/4" in diameter and 1/4" in width and have a clip closure The clips are stamped "925" and the interior of the earrings are stamped "Stephen Dweck, 925 and the copyright symbol". Wonderful vintage condition with original patina. Can be worn with casual or very formal attire.
