This lovely F. Winkle & Co. brown transfer-ware mug is decorated with the Melbourne pattern, circa 1890-1910. The pattern consists of a birds, flowers and geometric designs surround the mug. The mug measures 3 1/2" across the top and 3 1/2" in depth. Stamped "Melbourne - Rd No 102018 - F, Winkle & Co - Stoke-On-Trent - England". There are no cracks, chips or repairs. Lovely pattern.
