Celebrating 25 years of Antiquing Bliss
Royal Doulton Bone China "Mr Jingle" Figurine - Charles Dickens - image 1 of 6

Royal Doulton has been producing porcelain ceramics and dinnerware for approximately 200 years. From a meager beginning in 1815, John Doulton, amassed one of the largest pottery and porcelain factories this world has ever known.

This wonderful 'character' figurine is one of many produced by the Doulton company and is named Mr Jingle, a strolling actor and engaging individual and trickster. He appears in Dickens first novel, 'The Pickwick Papers'. First series production was from 1932-1983. The figurine measures 4" in height. Stamped in green with the 'standard' Royal Doulton mark used from 1928 and forward. There are no cracks, chips or repairs. Great figurine.
